Betnesol Injection at 32w pregnancy..??
Is there any need of Betnesol Injection with below description of my last ultrasound at 29weeks...my 1st born was an emergency c section that too at 35w3d...so quite confused about this..is it okay to have this shot right now or not..and after getting this is there any chance of normal delivery or will it be c section only...?? Please share your opinion Lie-vertex Amniotic fluid-adequate (AFI-15-16cm) Placenta. Anterior well above the os grade I BPD.-73mm (29wks 5days) HC-272mm (29wks 5days) AC-259mm (30wks 1day) FL-55mm (29wks 1day) HR-137 b/min Fetal wt-1458 grams EDD-16/12/2023 Cervical length is normal. Internal os is closed. No craniovertebral anomaly seen This is not an anomaly scan Pls correlate clinically.

In view of previous cesarean you need to undergo cesarean this time as well Injection is given when the doctor is anticipating Pretam delivery and this is safe This is to enhance lung  maturity and shorten the nicu  stay of the baby
