Should i clean my mouth with plain water after gargling with the betadine for 30 secs or leave it as it is?.?

Normally betadine gargles are recommended after a surgery like wisdom tooth extraction or implant etc. They should not be used for more than 2 weeks or so. You can use a regular mouthwash instead

After betadine mouthwash you should leave it atleast for half an hour for its action. Don't rinse or take anything for that time.
