Beta Thalassemia trait
Hello, I am diagnosed of beta Thalassemia trait and have fatigue , yellow skin and most of the time I am feverish. I also have a duplex kidney and splenunculus. So is the splenunculus connected to thalassemia? I have also attached my reports for your reference.

Splennecules could be incidentally detected . Generally a harmless finding. You need to record your temperature if you are feeling feverish. Fatigue is a broad tern associated with yellow skin. Needs further elaborated history and probably few tests. All the best
