Yes dear after 20 days of intercourses you can diagnose pregnancy easily with Beta HCG levels
Next Steps
If you don’t want pregnancy and Beta HCG is positive you will need to get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac
Health Tips
Pregnancy can be terminated only if it is inside uterus in ultrasound and less than 6 weeks in duration
