Hi doc LMP-06/12/2024 intercourse on-15/01/2024 beta HCG on -13/02/2024 still not got bleeding she is having irregular period due to pcod. She is getting spotting some times but no proper flow. Please help what we need to do.

If you have had sexual intercourse just once on 15/01/2024 and your beta HCG is negative on 13/02/2024 then you can't be pregnant. Please seek a formal consultation with a Gynaecologist for further management because it is going to be a prolonged treatment with may be a few failures.

Might be bcz of PCOS Get an ultrasound pelvis done n meet the gynecologist Or you can connect online for consultancy

Since there is no pregnancy the reason for the delay could be pcos The only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi You can connect for a prescription to help her get her periods

Get beta Hcg test repeated after one week , if still negative take medicine to induce periods
