Beta HCG level
I have undergone day 5 frozen blastocyst transfer 5 days ago via ivf. Today my doctor has asked for beta HCG test and result is 18.93 and he asked to stop HCG 100 iu injection which I took for almost 10 days, what does that mean?

It means that he wants confirmation whether your implanted blastocyst is growing or not. HCG given from outside cross reacts with pregnancy test.

Inj hcg can give false positive report. But continue all medications of post embryo transfer and repeat beta hcg after 10 days of embryo transfer date.
