Hi I'm supposed to get my periods yesterday but I didn't so i took beta hcg test today and the results say hcg not detected, do the results usually come out like that
Am I negative for pregnancy surely ? Do I need to take another test

The report says that you are not pregnant.
Actually you should never hurry up a pregnancy test because a negative report will call for a repeat test after 5 days.
And you don't gain anything by confirming your pregnancy earlier.

If beta hcg is negative then there is no pregnancy.
There may be anotger cause for delayed periods. Read my poat to know the other causes.
