You can use any toothpaste of your choice. Important thing is brushing technique. Don't brush too hard on teeth.
Use mouthwash.
Rinse oral cavity thoroughly whenever you eat something.
Brush twice a day, and brush before going to sleep is mandatory for healthy tooth.

Hello. Any Fluoridated toothpaste is good.
It is more important to focus on the correct brushing technique. Brushing must be done for 2-3mins and not longer. Use a soft bristle toothbrush for brushing.
Avoid hard brushing as it may cause injury to your gums.
