You can use any toothpaste of your choice. Important thing is brushing technique. Don't brush too hard on teeth.
Use mouthwash.
Rinse oral cavity thoroughly whenever you eat something.
Brush twice a day, and brush before going to sleep is mandatory for healthy tooth.
Regular check up to dentist.

Hello. Any Fluoridated toothpaste is good.
It is more important to focus on the correct brushing technique. Brushing must be done for 2-3mins and not longer. Use a soft bristle toothbrush for brushing.
Avoid hard brushing as it may cause injury to your gums.
Brush your teeth twice daily. Use a floss.
Gargle after every meal and Maintain proper tongue hygiene.
Undergo Scaling and polishing (professional teeth cleaning) every 6 months to keep your teeth clean and gums healthy and firm.

No toothpaste makes your teeth White, toothpaste generally contains some antiseptic agents, forming agents, some amount of silica, and some refreshing agents, the keep your teeth, and oral cavity healthy and clean. silica in toothpaste provides a cleansing effect. Generally, we divide the toothpaste into 3 categories
1) Routine toothpaste
2) Medicated toothpaste
3)Ayurvedic/Herbal toothpaste.
We should use routine toothpaste (all are good, the choice is of your taste). Medicated toothpaste and ayurvedic t should be used for short periods and specific reasons.

There is nothing called as the best toothpaste, whichever toothpaste you are comfortable using please use that.
For teeth whitening, there is no toothpaste that can permanently whiten your teeth although visit our clinic for further treatment options.
You can use Geofresh mouthwash half an hour after brushing twice daily, but please do not use it more than a week.
