I have suffered vitiligo in 12 years old and now I have 21 years old.many medicine are used but not change. This is segmental vitiligo and it is a stable. So I think surgical method is good for it now. So sir please say which surgical method is more better for it?

If it's diagnosed stable segmental vitiligo, plz think over following. Surgical- non cultured melanocyte transfer. Non surgical- Eximer laser.
These are best technologies available now.
Other surgical methods like skin grafting, punch grafting can also give fair results.
Best decision is made as per size and site where the patch is present.
