Best nutrition plan for slow metabolism
During my second pregnancy metabolism started slowing down. After delivering, my weight came down to 52 kilos, but I would like to bring it further down to 45-48 kilos and maintain it. I need someone to guide me regarding the same. At my in law's house the main meal of the day is dinner. I would like to bring about a change in my own diet plan. I'm a breakfast and lunch person. I prefer to eat extremely little for dinner though it isn't possible at the moment because my mil believes eating breakfast makes you put on weight. I'd like advice on a diet plan that would help me reach my weight and improve my metabolism. Also while I don't mind drinking milk (flavored) I'm not a dairy person and I don't like eggs either. I try to exercise 3 times a week . I'm not a big portion person but I would like to control my portions and eat healthier and also avoid caffeine in any form.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
