Hi, it looks like anemia. Take iron rich food items like dry fruits,ragi, egg, red meat,green leafy vegetables, etc. along with that take vitamin supplementation like B complex, iron supplementations once daily can improve your hemoglobin level. Do regular exercises. Go for cbc test once. Consult general physcian for furthur evaluation and treatment.
