Lubricating eye drops containing Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC 0.5%) like Refresh tears, Ecotears, etc can be used 3-4times/day. Preferably go for preservative free eye drops for long term use.
Next Steps
use proper spectacles with anti glare and blue blocking coating for eye safety
follow the 20-20-20 rule
proper posture while working with minimum of an arm's distance from the system
Health Tips
Please use any lubricating eye drops only when u feel the necessity, like if u are having the symptoms of eye dryness or itchy or sore eyes. Don't use any eye drops as a daily routine unnecessarily , as most of them come with preservatives for long term storage, which are a threat to eye surface on long term use.
