Eye care daily routine
Can anyone suggest daily eye acare routine. As I am more than 10 hours infront of laptop screen and mobile screen. Also suggest eye drops for cleaning eyes from dust. Is rose water good for eyes ?

Use lubricants like eyemist forte 2 times a day
Reduce screen time if possible or take intermittent breaks
