Bending in first trimester
Hello doctor, I have been advised a bed rest n I am in My 1st trimester. Week 11. I have been advised not to bend but bymistake I bent today after so many days . Will that affect the baby. I never bent earlier in last 10 weeks. Please advise.

Nothing will happen.
If God had intended that human beings should not bend He would not have given 33 vertebrae in our spine. Instead He would have given a straight rigid rod.
