The medicines prescribed may cross the placenta  but the benefits of treating the infection outweigh s the risks of the medicine side effects on the fetus which is why they have been prescribed. You can take them.

The doctor must have prescribed the medications after clinically examining your condition. Yes some of the medicines prescribed are not proven completely safe in pregnancy, but again it’s weighed against your condition and its severity by the doctor and prescribed accordingly.
