Belly fat and tiredness fatigue
Hi I am Bhajan Singh. Age 38 yrs and weight 79kg , height 5'11". I have belly fat and nowadays I feel tiredness and feel sleepy all day. I am vegetarian. Now I want to reduce this belly fat but don't know how and what to eat what to exercise. Please advise

At first check ur sugar level For reducing belly fat and weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Hi Mr. Bhajan, consume plenty of fibre rich foods, drink sufficient water(3 - 4 litres/day), indulge in physical activity ( walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or whatever the activity which you like) for an hour, you can do it continuously or by splitting it to 3 to 4 times/ day. Have a good sleep and reduce the stress level if any. Have patience when you are going through the process of weight loss.

Gud evening can u pls share in detail about your dietary pattern with exercise routine,do u have any medical history prior or not,then only I can suggest what to do to loose belly fat.
