Hi doctor. I am 29 years old. Three months back I am delivered.normal delivery.my baby got jaundice  now it was cure.how to reduce my belly after delivery .pls suggest me.

U need to do diastasis recti exercises before starting off with normal crunches and other workouts It’s very normal to have belly fat now and it will take another 3-6months to reduce

Start off with yoga and stretches. Do not limit food intake since you need excess energy intake for milk production. However, eat food low in carbs and high in protein. Take multivits. Weight gain after delivery is a natural process. You will shed the weight gradually in a few months.
