I have bells palsy i am recovering from last 1 week First i want to know that why this bells palsy occours the perfect reason for cause of bells palsy??

This is because of swelling of the nerve supplying the face when it passes thorough small holes in the skull bone, it can be due to infection or some times idiopathic ie without any identified reason.
