Bells palsy
How many sittings requires for bells palsy treatment and 6 sessions over of physiotherapy can we have one day gap after 3 sessions or need to do continuously and pls suggest how many sessions required for complete recovery

Some may take more time if any history of diabetic or other condition, mostly in 10-15 sittings with regular sessions and daily thrice a day facial exercises will help recover from palsy.

Well it depends on the motor activity loss....if there is complete loss of movements especially the eyes, then you should do the motor stimulations done as regular as u can.
Next Steps
If not able to go to physio regularly...do all your facial exercises and massage(figure of eight) at home...twice or thrice a day.
Health Tips
keep the eyes wet and avoid sitting for long as it will pull the muscles downwards becuase of gravity
