BCG Vaccination blister

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My baby is 2.5 months old.. BCG VACCINATION is given on day 1 (23/11/2020) and now he is developing a small blister in the vaccinated area since three days..He seems very restless for three days..will it be the cause for restlessness ? Is there any remedy for that?
