Hello It sounds like you’re really struggling with thoughts about cleanliness that you just can’t switch off. Every time you use the washroom or think about going out, your mind starts pushing you to wash again and again until it feels “just right.” I can imagine how tiring and frustrating that must be, especially when it’s starting to affect your hair and daily life. This isn’t your fault. Your mind has learned to link relief and safety with washing, and breaking that habit can feel impossible on your own. But it can definitely be managed with the right support. You can learn to calm those thoughts, reduce the anxiety behind them, and slowly take back control without needing to wash so often. You deserve peace and freedom from this constant pressure. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
