In Ayurveda, for children prone to cough and cold, bathing should be done with care: Bathing Guidelines: Morning bath: Recommended with lukewarm water. Evening bath: Can be done, but only body bath (avoid head). Use warm water and ensure she is dried immediately. Avoid bathing during late evenings or in a cold environment. Preventive Care: Apply warm sesame oil before bath to keep her body warm. Give Sitopaladi Churna with honey (a pinch) to boost immunity. Use Dashmooladi Kwath or Tulsi decoction for respiratory health. Lightly massage her chest with warm mustard oil and ajwain if congestion occurs.
