There are two ball kind of glands below my jaw out of which one seems little enlarged or kind of swollen . There is no pain or anything or no other problems

Swelling in both sides of submandibular region may be due to throat infection traversed via duct to the submandibular gland or via lymphatic to corresponding lymph nodes.

Betadine gurgle
If it doesn't reduce Check USG and FNAC of the swelling.
