I had fungal infection under the foreskin of penis. I caused itching and irritation also white discharge sometimes too. I consulted a doctor and followed the treatment but after I stopped the medicines it came back every time. Its not going away. Please help me remove it permanently. I will be highly obliged. And how can I prevent its recurrence.

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Any other comorbidity should be ruled out.
