Balanitis from past one year. Do doctor?

Doctor last year in March I had sex with my gf in her period without protection...maine wash kia sex k baad penis ko ache se...uske ek week bad I got a small lump on my penis and then it became balanitis. I underwent STD profile test and made my gf also to do that test. After 1,3,5,6 months 4 times we did std profile test baar baar...uska sab reports are negative in test for all std disease...mera test bhi sab negative aaya...but ek hsv igg positive aaya...went two three doctors they said it's normal igg doesn't means any problem. One doctor said looking my penis it's balanitis...i had lobate gm applied, clotimatozole applied, had acyclovir, azithromycin..tried 2 -3 doctors. Recently again I made the girl do the tests and it's all negative...iske ilawa I never had any physical relation with any girl she is the first of my life. But my balanitis is not going only.its still there from past one year...what to do doctor? The glans are swollen from a year.
