NO. absolutely NOT. dont use fourderm, panderm,etc - similar with similar disastrous combination. get it properly examined and assessment and start treatment only after confirmation of the condition.You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
