I have a baker's cyst on the back of both knees. I've had this for maybe 2/3 years. It doesn't seem to have increased in size, but wondering what I need to do about it, if it's dangerous and if I can have it removed. Or do I jusst leave it and it will go away Is there any supplements I can take?

Baker's cyst indicates degenerative changes in knee.
It might cause a heavy feeling in the knee, poor cosmesis and pain occasionally.
Relatively simple option is to go for percutaneous or ultrasound guided needle decompression and intrarticular methyprednisolone injections.
Next Steps
Visit Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinical evaluation and decompression.
Health Tips
Performing knee quadriceps exercises is really helpful in management of knee osteoarthritis and recurrence of baker cyst post decompression.
