Bad urge to poop during periods
I get a really bad urge to poop during first two days of my periods.how to fix it ? I have been facing this issue for last 5 years

Nothing to worry, this is due to prostaglandin release,do light excercises, practice daily walk, avoid coffee, drink adequate water,you can take tab meftalspas  two tables daily first two days of periods.

before your period starts,  your body start  producing prostaglandins which contracts the uterus and give cramps like pain.this prostaglandins can  enter your bloodstream and have a same effect on other smooth muscles in your body, like in your bowels. The result is more poop

Increased bowel movements during periods is due to prostaglandins released around that time which enhance bowel movements. Exercise tend to decrease the release of prostaglandins and decrease your discomfort. You can also take anti inflammatorys if you have pain along with             Increased bowel movements, It will help.
