Vaginal burning and urge to urinate

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I feel the urge to urinate all the time, plus a burning sensation in my vagina. Sometimes a pressure also in vagina. I do not feel burning while passing urine. I have had test for uti which came negative, treatment for vaginalInfection, yeast infection. Nothing helped. All reports of different scans done for pelvis and Abdomen are normal. Transvaginal scan is also fine. No infection found. Its been three months but symptoms not improving. I have been to a urologist also but his medicines also are not helping.
