Care AI Shimmer
Urine leakage with coughing or sneezing after delivery is usually stress incontinence from weakened pelvic floor muscles, and the worsening one sided ovulation pain deserves a separate look.
Next Steps
A pelvic floor assessment can help with the leakage, and a pelvic ultrasound would help evaluate the ovulation pain that's become more severe.
Health Tips
Please don't rely on painkillers alone each month, get it evaluated properly with your gynaecologist.
