Tooth ache can be as bad as labour pains (pain incurred during child birth). So if you know one of the tooth is cause of the pain, get that one treated as early as possible. Some dormant tooth (infection) can get reactivated due to prolonged illness and may lead to development of swelling
Next Steps
if tooth is "finished", get it removed from a oral surgeon, and consider replacement using implants.
Health Tips
taking pain killers lime ultracet and voveron for long term without treating the cause of the problem will have deleterious effect on kidneys, so watch out.

See medicines are not a permanent solution for tooth pain,if it’s in a good condition u can plan for measures to save it or if the condition is bad then plan for taking it out..
Next Steps
U cannot take medicines for this for life time na..so plan it out
