  4. Bad throat. And i very rarly get them.

I have had a sore throat for about three weeks now it's really sore when I wake up and I feel really sick and sometimes are sick but after an hour that fades, I don't know if this is related but I had a nose bleed when I woke up the other day and I very rarly get them.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. Nose bleeding may not be related to this problem
