Bad secretion in mouth
Since the last month I feel like there is secretion in my mouth like bad odour coming out when I lie down or talk to much it seems to come out from the side of my ear or teeth. I have a few cavity affected teeth and the dentist had removed the molar and premolar tooth from the left side 3 years ago as they were infected with cavity. The tooth extraction was painful and they had to remove it with force. Please help me understand the reason for the bad secretion like saliva and how should I get relief from it. It has becoming concerning. I also visited a ENT specialist recently he prescribed me antibiotics and vitamin a, b and c.

Bad odour can be due to unhygienic oral cavity. However can also be due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. U need to get urself examined by an ENT specialist. Also need to ruleout gastritis due to H. Pylori infection.
