Good evening Secretions in throat might be secondary to diseases in larynx or trachea So u might feel gurgling sound due to it A problem with this is aspiration Fall off spo2 is unlikely Croup and chronic laryngitis are different issues Spo2 levels Depends on severity of the disease thank you
