Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are currently facing . It seems that there has been some past negative events which you have been unable to let go of and they are causing these negative repetitive thoughts . You can try and practice deep breathing and guided meditation on a daily basis to help calm your mind . Engage in multiple activities of your choice to keep yourself busy . Try and talk to your close family members and friends . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth case history and to help you learn coping skills and strategies which will be beneficial for you . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance

It seems to me like it would benefit if you discuss this with a counsellor who can listen, empathize and respond to what you've been through.
Next Steps
I suggest to take some time and find a counsellor that you feel comfortable visiting and sharing your burden with.
