I m not able to sleep at night...due to tension stress anxiety...please guide me what to do to get sleep at night

Sleeplessness in today's era is due to -sedentary lifestyle -late dinner -overuse of mobile -no physical activities or meditation -taking too much stress Start with this - take ashwagandha tablets 1-2 daily before sleep-have a light and early dinner -go for morning walk and yoga -meditate for 10min before sleep -cut down use of mobile All these ways will definitely improve your sleep

Namaste.. Try to reduce your stress and anxiety by practising yoga walk etc. Go for shirodhara with bramhi taila  for better sleep. Thank you.
