When there is lot of pressure, people think about a lot of problems and try to solve them all at once. This increases the stress. When you are upset or sad or scared your sleep gets disturbed.
Next Steps
Try to write down all ur problems and pressures in a book. Arrange them in increasing order of difficulty. From that list, pick up the smallest problem and try to solve it.
