Bad dreams
I’ve been smoking and every night I’m seeing dreams related to my death ....every time I smoke I feel I’m dying..I’m dreaming of death even when my eyes are open ....for small reasons I’m hurting myself ....I’m breaking into tears just for simple reasons ..it’s like I can’t hold my emotions .....

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from depressive / anxiety symptoms including being more sensitive. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on on the severity of your condition. It is unclear from the information provided whether you smoke cigarettes or weed. However any such substance has the ability to cause all sorts of problems including depression, anxiety, psychosis or even dementia. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for you. I suggest you visit a nearby psychiatrist regarding your problem. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is also available.
