I have anxiety that is now hitting the roof, and i have depression. I feel like crying all the time and keep having weird and bad dreams. Does this mean anything?

Hi. It must be difficult for you to manage all these emotions and keep up with bad dreams as well. When we feel something wrong with our stomach/any body part, we get it tested to be on a safer side. Similarly, one needs to take care of their mental wellbeing. It's always better to pick up the phone and look for a psychologist. I would recommend you to go see one as he or she would be able to help you and let you understand your thoughts and feelings.
