Bad breathe and yellow teeth
My teeth’s color is changing to yellow and issue with the bad breathe. Bleeding gums and tooth decay though I avoid chocolates

Hi Ma'am bad breath and bleeding gums are signs of plaque formation on the tooth....it can be treated  with scaling and polishing of teeth and root planing of root. For decay of tooth, treatment will depend on extent of decay in tooth. Bleaching of teeth can be done to whiten them. Tooth decay can be a major reason for bad breath. Get them filled, which would reduce bad bacteria  in your mouth. Restorations will also help in reducing your sensitivity & future pain. It would also enhance your comfort & aesthetics. Bleeding gums is an indication of unhealthy gums. You could be requiring oral prophylaxis & also you may require to learn correct brushing technique, which would help u in long run. Ask if dentist about it. You can then smile more confidently .

Brush ur teeth 2 times daily for 2 min each. clean ur tongue. u can use water flosser. it can be very helpful. use warm water with pinch of salt to rinse ur mouth.
