Use Clohex mouthwash to rinse ur mouth for 2 times a day
Use Vantez/sensodyne toothpaste for brushing to beat the sensitivity problem but at first visit your dentist to evaluate the reason behind these 2 problems as it may occur due to multiple reasons,there may be cavities in your teeth.
