I have bad breath problem and my teeth also getting weaker and sensitive to cold and hot I have gum problem too

You clearly have some degree of gum disease which needs to be treated on a priority basis. The sensitivity may be related to the gum disease but may also mean you have tooth abrasions or cavities. Get a thorough check up done at the earliest with an experienced doctor.
