Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your DEEP scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Your problem does seem to be regarding a medical problem. Still scaling must be done every 3 months in your case. Don't be overzealous in brushing. This will hurt your teeth and gums even more.
Next Steps
- Meet a physician asap
- Brush with a soft brush twice daily. Special attention to clean your tongue
- Use zero alcohol mouthwash before sleeping
- Rinse your mouth after meals
- Eat healthy foods
- Get a regular blood check up according to the advice of a physician
Health Tips
This is not an unsolvable problem. only your diagnosis is a bit elusive. Do not lose hope. Keep a mint spray or mouth freshener handy, not a long term treatment but it is just to boost your confidence and help you till the root cause is solved.
Firstly don't worry.its not a serious problem.if a proper scaling has been done then check with a physician whether you have symptoms of acidity....and then get treated for the same.
