Take regular scalings, drink a lot of water, use hydroxyl mouthwash and get your complete medical examination done. There can be some systemic disease.. If systemic diseases are ruled out.. Then try avoiding food substances like garlic and onions also odor producing foods. Get a thorough dental check up done there can be caries(decayed teeth) or periodontal disease. If not an ENT examination should be first followed by a systemic examination
Next Steps
Better get a complete comprehensive dental check up from an oral medicine or oral pathologist doctor
Health Tips

Hello Mam, As HALITOSIS could be due to multiple reasons, both local and systemic, you need to tackle this one step at a time first eliminating the local factors like plaque/bacterial accumulation in the mouth, use a tongue cleaner and floss your teeth regularly along with using a good zinc containing mouthwash and get professional cleaning done every 6 months. For systemic problems like Regurgitation,Gastric issues or upper respiratory tract infections etc.you need to visit a Gastroenterologist.Good luck. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
