Hi,
Get a proper evaluation of the teeth and gum condition.
Many times the patient needs sub gingival scaling(deep cleaning) to get rid of all deposits.
If that is the case then normal cleaning will not help as much.
Important:
keeping the teeth clean is as important as getting them cleaned. You can get the cleaning treatment done but it also has to be maintained. Without maintaining proper brushing the smell will start in few days of the treatment.
Next Steps
get proper evaluation of teeth online or visit a clinic
Bad breath could be because of the hard deposits on the teeth.
Scaling( cleaning) is preferred, superficial or deep would be decided after clinical examination and also OPG( xray)
Depending on the recurrence of these deposits cleaning has to be done every 6 months or 1 year.
Next Steps
improvised brushing techniques advisable.
use of mouthwash and gumpaint during the treatment procedure would be helpful.
