Back spasm has remained constant
Back spasm had been diagnosed by a doctor after consistent and acute pain which remained consistent for a week. This was probably due to the sudden jerk sustained while playing cricket. After a span of 4 weeks rest the pain was to subside and I could start physiotherapy. However a niggle remained and which at time got pretty painful. It's been 4 months since the time of injury and I have not been had a chance to go for physio. What should I do?
