I am suffering from lower back pain especially on the right side. It had occurred when i went cycling suddenly in the cold air for a long while about 3-4 kms. Its been about two weeks since then and the pain reduces when i take voveran but increases when i sit or walk for sometime. And when the pain increases, i can feel a bump not on the outside /surface of the skin but on the inside and it gets a little bigger when aggravated. I am confused what to do and is previously prescribed muscle relaxant such as paracetamol with tramadol hydrochloride okay to take since it has such horrible side effects ?

Dear madam, The history you give tells us that probably you have muscle spasm, usually these things take 3 to 4 weeks to resolve completely, so do not be worried of side effects of drugs, please take them to relieve you from pain for at least 2 weeks, by not taking drugs you are not only at ease now but are also converting your pain to a chronic one
