I have a back problem, my whole back pain but specially my lower back , and beside spinal and just upper arm bone , I tried sleeping without pillow but it didn't work , pain occurre whenever I walk ,stand longer,every morning when I get up, when I travel in Scooty and even when I sit , I always feel tired.
