Back Pain while sleeping

Can't sleep straight on bed because it pains a lot on my back. Then I have to sleep on my chest side or on shoulder side. What should I do to overcome this?

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications..Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination.

I need complete history regarding whether pain present only night or entire day or another postures which causes you pain.i also need certain investigations to come to conclusion .

Hi.... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics. Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — can increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better....
