Back Pain top to bottom
Daily I'm having back pain from last 2-3 months. I'm thinking it's due to my sitting posture and duration as my working hours requires more than 10-12 hrs to sit and work. Can anyone please suggest me how can I reduce the back pain. The pain is like the muscles are getting stuck until or unless I ask someone to massage and once they do I get some sound and them I feel better
